The Sonderous platform · For the whole business
The whole office,
in your pocket.
Quotes, invoices, scheduling, company forms, email, documents of record and a daily post, from one app you talk to. Say what you need from the truck. It gets done. Nothing priced leaves without your yes.
Try your first month free See how it works
Built for people who never sit at a desk. Not ready for the whole office? Starter is free for a month.
One app · three panes · one thumb
Home in the middle. To-dos on the left. Everything else on the right.
Home is a short stack of cards: what needs your yes, what needs finishing, and what happened while you were on the job. Swipe one way for your to-dos, the other for search and big buttons. Every card answers in one tap, and hiding a card never loses the to-do underneath it.
Swipe the phone, or tap a screen.
One conversation
Say it. It's done.
There is one conversation with your business, and it remembers. “Quote Harbour Dental for the panel upgrade, forty-one twenty” comes back as a branded quote with a preview and one question: send it? A question about a client, a job or a document gets the answer, not a search box.
From the lock screen, hold to talk. Ask what's new, add a to-do, hear who's on site. Anything with money in it waits until you unlock.
Plain speech, from the truck
“Book Ridgeview for Thursday morning.”
“Invoice Lakeshore for the dock job.”
“What did Birchwood cost us so far?”
One question back when something could mean two things. Otherwise it just does it.
What it does
The office, handled.
Quotes and invoices
Scope, line items, your brand, a number issued once. Rendered as a PDF and shown to you before it goes anywhere. Sent exactly as you saw it.
Scheduling and the crew
“Book Ridgeview for Thursday morning” lands on the schedule. The crew sees their day and taps On my way, Start, Finish. The customer hears about it. The office sees it as it happens.
Forms from a photo
Work orders, timesheets, receipts, safety checklists. Point the phone at the paper, or say it, and the form fills itself, sign-off included. Filed to the job on the spot.
Documents of record
Every quote, invoice, form, receipt, permit and photo, linked to its client and job. Ask for “the Lakeshore permit” in plain words and you get the file.
Email, sorted
Your business mailbox is read as it arrives. Leads and real requests surface with a next step, replies wait in your Drafts folder for you to send, and the noise is set aside.
Money, in view
Who owes you and for how long, what each job cost against what you quoted, and where cash is heading. Read from the records, never re-typed into a spreadsheet.
A daily post
A branded post and a card built from one of your real reviews, made overnight and put on your phone. One tap and it posts. Nothing goes out that you haven't confirmed.
An assistant per role
The owner, the office and the crew each get an assistant scoped to their job. They share one memory, so what the crew captures is what the office sees a minute later.
Try it on your own jobs
Your first month is on us.
Run the platform on your real quotes, invoices and crew for a month at no charge. Keep it if it earns its place. Your records are yours either way.
Money that never moves alone
Preview. Your yes. Sent exactly as shown.
Every quote and invoice is rendered, shown to you, and sent only when you say so, byte for byte what you approved. The approval is the first card on your home screen and the first thing in your morning. Anything with a dollar on it sorts ahead of everything else.
Your history comes with you. Clients, quotes and invoices from the system you use today are brought across and reconciled to the penny before you switch, so day one has everything your old system had. If you started with Starter, the people it already knows come along too.
Three steps, no surprises
1 · You see the document.
2 · You say yes.
3 · It goes out, unchanged.
The same three steps for a quote, an invoice, a reply to a customer, and the daily post.
In the field
The crew's day, one thumb wide.
Each crew member sees today's jobs, the address, who they're with, and three big buttons: On my way, Start, Finish. Each tap sets the job's status, records the hours and lets the customer know, all at once. Gloves and sunlight were the design brief.
Capturing paper is one tap too. A receipt, a work order, a voice note about what was found behind the panel, all filed to the job on the spot. No inbox of phone photos to reconstruct on Friday.
Paper, handled
Every piece of paper becomes a record.
Photograph a receipt and the vendor, date and total are read off it. You confirm, and it's filed to the job and waiting for the office. Company forms fill themselves from a photo or from dictation and land as PDFs with the sign-off in place.
Ask for “Marcus's payroll form” and you get the file, not a blank template. Every document is linked to its client and its job, and found by asking for it in your own words.
For the office
One page for whoever runs the office. Even if that's you.
The office manager, or the owner if there isn't one, gets a browser home: what's ready to invoice with the gaps shown rather than hidden, receipts waiting for review, what each crew member is doing as it happens, documents by client, job and kind, and who may see what. It reads the same records the assistants do, so it works with or without them.
The numbers
Where the money is, without a spreadsheet.
Cash today. Who owes you and for how long. What each job cost against what you quoted. Where the balance is heading over the next thirteen weeks, with the low point called out. Every figure traces back to the invoice, payment, work order or receipt that produced it.
Marketing, done
A content department you never hired.
Most trades know they should post and never do. Overnight, a branded post is made for your business, paired with a card built from one of your real reviews, and put on your phone. One tap and it posts at seven. No claim goes out that you haven't confirmed.
Each post is written for your trade, your town and the season, so it reads like you, not like a template.
Yours, and only yours
Two floors that never move.
A person says yes
Anything a customer will see and anything with a dollar on it waits for a human. The preview you approve is what goes out, and nothing else does.
Each role sees its job
The crew's assistant cannot make a money document. The office's can. Permissions are enforced underneath the assistants, not asked of them.
Your records are yours
Your business runs on its own stack: its own assistants, its own database, in Canada. Everything comes out as one file whenever you ask for it.
Nightly encrypted off-site backups. Every office page sits behind a sign-in wall. Consent and unsubscribe live in the send path itself. Questions about your data: [email protected].
