SonderousAbout Sonderous
We build for people who never sit at a desk.
Sonderous Systems makes the office of a small trades business run itself: an AI office that listens, does the paperwork, and asks a person before anything leaves. We are in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
What we believe
Four things we won't bend on.
Talking beats learning software
The owner of a trades business has a phone, gloves and thirty seconds. The system should understand plain speech from the truck, ask one question when something could mean two things, and otherwise just do it.
A person says yes
Anything a customer will see and anything with a dollar on it waits for a human. Software drafts; people decide. That floor never moves, however good the software gets.
The business owns its records
Every client, quote, invoice and document lives in a database the business owns, in Canada, exportable as one file. Switching in brings your history. Switching out takes it with you.
One tested change at a time
Every change is proven on real work before it goes live, and it goes live alone. Confidence in a system is earned slowly and lost in one bad batch, so we never ship a batch.
How we work
One business at a time, in production.
We build the whole system for one business at a time, with the owner, the office and the crew using it every day on real jobs. What we learn there becomes the product for the next business, not a one-off. Nothing on this site describes a demo.
Starter is the first piece, free for a month: your inbox sorted, your to-dos kept, your calendar in view. The full platform is the same app with more switched on. Nobody is asked to pay for something they haven't already felt working.
